GIFA looks back on an exceptional year

For GIFA, Inc. 2017 has been a year of roaring success and yet just a mere stepping-stone for what’s planned in the future. Here’s a recollection of some of the incredible achievements of GIFA, a jump-start towards reshaping the economy of Northern Cyprus.

GIFA Holding, the international finance company arranging credit loans for businesses across the globe, has accumulated a staggering number of business partnerships this year alone. In July, GIFA signed a 30 billion euro contract with a company in Iran – one of many successful financial deals made in 2017.

As a result of their hard work throughout the year, GIFA has now joined the US Stock Exchange, a valuable position for both GIFA and the economy of Northern Cyprus.

With great modesty and appreciation, GIFA have spent the year giving back to others less fortunate and helping the Turkish Cypriot community.

In August, GIFA was commended on their continuous aid to families and villages across Northern Cyprus. As a result of the immeasurable generosity of GIFA’s Chairman Yusuf Kısa, children and families of our community have been fed, clothed and sheltered.

In the very same month of August, Yusuf Kısa was thanked by the Turkish Cypriot Orthopedic Association for his financial contributions to citizens with disabilities. Kısa was also visited by the Association of Cancer Patients (KHYD) this year, thanking GIFA for its contribution to the organisation’s building in Dortyol.

On September 1st, Kısa ordered a truck to be sent out to the streets of Northern Cyprus, distributing presents to over 5,000 children for Eid. Because of his admiration for children, preparations are being made for one of Kısa’s most important projects to date, in the capital of Lefkosa. A state-of-the-art hospital, tailored around the care of children, will be built with the latest technology equipment.

This project will be put into action as soon as GIFA’s headquater building in Hamitkoy, Lefkosa is completed by the end of December.
