ANTHONY JOSHUA has dropped a second hint suggesting he is close to landing a fight with Deontay Wilder after cryptic Instagram post.
The Brit boxer, 28, followed up his "W.e're B.elt C.ollecting" post from earlier in the week with one claiming he is "studying" his American rival's game.
Joshua then posted a clip from 1999 hit movie The Matrix showing protagonist Neo stopping flying bullets in their tracks in another subtle dig.
The WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight champion's “studying” session showed Wilder being hit several times by Luis Ortiz in his last fight.
Last month, Wilder and his co-manager Shelly Finkel revealed that they have sent Joshua and his promoter Eddie Hearn an offer of £36million to schedule a fight.
But as of yet there hasn’t been much progress with the negotiations for what could be the biggest heavyweight fight in recent history.
Hearn met Joshua on Tuesday and said: "He feels like he owes it to the UK fans to do it at home at the moment the fight makes more money in America.
"But it gets to the stage where we are asking 'Why are we looking to do this in the US?' "Because it's more money but is that really important?
"I know £5m or £6m sounds like a lot of money but he's built the right to have the fight in the UK."
