ENZO AMORE has been suspended by the WWE over allegations he raped a woman in a hotel room last year.
The 31-year-old - real name Eric Arndt - was due to appear on the Monday Night RAW 25th anniversary show in New York, US.
Enzo Amore has been suspended by the WWE over rape allegations from a woman who has not been named
But the Cruiserweight Champion has been axed and is being investigated by police after the unnamed woman came forward.
She said on Twitter: "OKAY..it’s been long enough & I have been so so scared to share this.
"I was raped in mid October by the WWE Enzo Amore (also known as Eric Arden) & Tyler Grosso & TOOPOOR let it happen as accomplices.
"I was in a mental hospital for 45 days after it. They ARE NOT good people."
The incident allegedly happened at a hotel in Phoenix, California, on 19 October last year.
According to the Pro Wrestling Sheet, cops are waiting on lab results.
It is thought the incident happened in the early hours of the morning.
Amore was in Phoenix that night, according to his Instagram account.
A WWE statement said: "WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving sexual harassment or sexual assault.
"Until this matter is resolved, Eric Arndt (aka Enzo Amore) has been suspended."
The controversial "Realest Guy in the Room" was banned from the WWE locker room last year after a number of superstars grew tired of his antics.
A number of reports emerged that Amore was disliked backstage after a string of run-ins with other wrestlers over the summer.
WWE’s top dog Roman Reigns is reported to have kicked him off the tour bus while travelling Europe after Enzo was heard bragging about how much money he earns.
Other wrestlers were also fuming after he brought pals backstage – breaking etiquette – and when he was seen posing with celebs at the Mayweather-McGregor fight.
Last month SunSport reported how he was at war with the Department of Motor Vehicles over refusing to re-sign his driving licence - with his current signature looking like a penis.
He has been receiving numerous phone calls from the organisation requesting him to change his signature because it looks too suggestive.
He revealed his trouble with Delaware DMW to TMZ via WrestlingINC, saying: "I got issues with the state of Delaware.
"My phone has been ringing off the d**n hook, and I've been hitting the F-U button on the side of it, sending them things straight to voicemail, because I know who it is.
"It's the State of Delaware, and I know what they want. They want me to get a new signature on my licence, because my current signature is unacceptable. Gotta get a new picture, the whole nine."
But he insisted that he was ready to go to war with the authorities in order to keep it.
Amore added: "So I'm walking in there with a great hairstyle, and a great attitude, because I represent myself in court, in life, and in the DMV.
"And I always win, because I'm the realest champ in the room.
"And there ain't no way the state of Delaware is gonna tell me how to sign my own license!"
Amore went on to say that he has been signing like that "since grade school" and it "looks like an E. A. to him" - even if not to everybody else.
